Review your products and stand a chance to WIN!

 

Every month, we’ll reward one lucky shopper with a R250 NutriFlex® Gift Voucher simply for reviewing one of their purchased products in accordance with the Ts & Cs below. 

 

1. Promoter: This competition is promoted by NutriFlex®, a SmartPack PTY Ltd brand (reg. no. 2014/060935/07) (“nutriflex.co.za”, “NutriFlex®”, “us”, “we” or “our”).

 

2. Competition Period: The competition will start on 1 September 2024 and will run indefinitely or until such time as we, acting in our sole discretion, decide to terminate it (the “Competition Period”). The first competition winner drawn at the beginning of October 2024.

 

3. Who can enter: You are entitled to participate in this competition if (i) you are a natural person who is at least 18 years old and who resides in South Africa; (ii) it is lawful for you to be awarded the prize. You may NOT participate if you are a supplier of goods or services in connection with this competition, or if you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent of, or consultant to nutriflex.co.za or any other entity which directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by nutriflex.co.za, or if you are any of the aforementioned persons’ spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister or business partner.

 

4. How to enter:  To enter this competition, you need to: (i) purchase a product on nutriflex.co.za during the Competition Period and (ii) review your purchased product on the nutriflex.co.za website. Verified customers will receive an automated email invitation to review their NutriFlex® purchase 30 days after successfully placing their order. Your verified product review constitutes your entry.

 

Completing and posting the review on the nutriflexi.co.za website will automatically enter you into the monthly random prize draw. Note that should you at any stage act in contravention of section 5 below, we, acting in our sole discretion, will remove your review from the nutriflex.co.za website and your entry withdraw your entry from the competition.

 

5. Content of your entry: To qualify for entry your review must pass nutriflex.co. za’s standard review moderation process which requires that your review not contain any foul language, obscenities, defamation, hate speech or any otherwise inappropriate content, including but not limited to service complaints or general queries not relating to the product’s quality or functionality, competitor comparisons (such as pricing and availability), or links to external sites.

 

Your review must be unique and may not be a duplicate of the same product reviewed by either yourself or any other individual. Your review may not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of nutriflex.co.za, its associated companies or any third party. We reserve the right to remove reviews that we deem to be in contravention of section 5 and to revise our review moderation process without your notice.

 

6. How many times you can enter: You may enter this competition as many times as you wish as long as your review meets the requirements set out in sections 4 and 5 above. Each unique review received during the calendar month will automatically be entered into that month’s competition draw.

Reviews do not roll over into the next month’s draw, and therefore, you need to place a new order and submit a new review to enter the following month’s draw.

All valid entries received as per section 4 above will be pooled together, and the winner will be drawn at random. Please allow at least 48 hours for reviews to be moderated.

Due to the technical nature of our business, nutriflex.co.za does not guarantee that reviews will be published in time for a particular month’s draw.

 

7. Entry fees: There are no entry fees to participate in the competition and no additional charges for acting as set out in section 4 above.

 

8. Prize: A R250 NutriFlex® Gift Voucher is awarded to winners monthly (one winner per month). The gift voucher prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

 

Further, we are not responsible for any harm caused by the loss, unauthorised use, or unauthorised distribution of the prize after we have delivered it to you (either by loading it onto your nutriflex.co.za profile or by email).

 

9. Winner: The monthly winning review will be drawn at random from all valid entries received online at nutriflex.co.za as per section 4 above. The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their nutriflex.co.za profile during the first week after the month end draw, this email may request the winner’s name, surname, ID number and telephone number (“Participant Information”). It is the responsibility of participants to ensure that the email address linked to their nutriflex.co.za profile is correct. Before releasing the prize voucher, the winner will be required to complete a competition release form which will serve as validation that the competition terms & conditions have been met. We will make two direct attempts to obtain such information. Once we have received this information and validated the winner, we will email the winner’s prize (voucher), subject to section 10 below.

Proof of identity may be required as part of the validation process. We will select a winner who has taken the steps set out in section 4 above and who complies with these rules at our sole discretion. Regarding applying these rules and selecting a winner in terms hereof, our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with a competition participant other than the winner.

 

10. Disqualification of winner: There are certain situations in which a winner will be disqualified from receipt of his/her prize, namely: (i) he/she fails to provide Participant Information within 72 hours of it being requested by us for the second time; (ii) he/she is found to have contravened any other rule set out herein; and (iii) upon notification of the prize via email, he/she refuses to or cannot provide reasonably sufficient documentation to verify his/her identity. In the event of a winner’s disqualification, we will be entitled, at our sole discretion, to select another winner from the competition participants.

 

11. Use of participant and winner information: By participating in this competition, you consent to the use by nutriflex.co.za or a third party nominated by nutriflex.co.za of your Participant Information, so that your prize can be delivered to you.

The winner may also be asked to permit the use of their image in marketing material, to participate in marketing activities, to permit NutriFlex® the use of the image uploaded in marketing material, and to be present when the draw is taking place or the winners are announced, but he/she will be entitled to decline to do so.  By entering the competition, you consent that nutriflex.co.za can use the contents of the competition submission, such as product review for marketing purposes.

 

12. Unforeseen events: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel this competition, change the number or nature of the prize at any time, or change the rules at our discretion.

 

13. Rules: By participating in this competition, you agree to all the competition rules set out above, without exception.
